Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.

  1. Respect Everyone's Privacy

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

  1. No Promotions, or Spam

Self-promotion and spam aren't allowed. This includes promoting your services, products, other groups/pages, or unrelated articles. This includes your social media profiles. You can add them to your Skool profile, but don’t post your profile links inside the community.

  1. Only Post Web Design-Related Content

This group is for web design and UX/UI-related content only. Please, DO NOT post or share anything else. Feel free to also share stuff about copywriting, branding, graphic design, etc. Just make sure it's not too far removed from web design in general.

Do not share your or other members’ personal information, including contact details, without explicit permission.

  1. Constructive Feedback Only

When giving feedback on someone’s work or ideas, ensure it is constructive and helps the person improve. Criticism should be respectful and solution-oriented.

Keep discussions professional by avoiding offensive or inappropriate language. This includes any discriminatory, vulgar, or inflammatory comments.

  1. Don't Use ChatGPT to Post Soulless "Expert Insights"

Using ChatGPT to check for typos or improve grammar? Totally fine. Using it to fact-check your content? Also fine. But if you're using it to generate soulless, engagement-farming content and pose as a fake "thought leader," your post will be deleted and if you continue doing it, you'll be banned.

Please use AI to enhance your writing and contribute meaningful content, not generic, robot-sounding nonsense. It's very easy to spot. Let's keep this community high quality.

PS: ChatGPT makes a lot of errors so do your research before talking about something you don't fully understand.

  1. Job Requests are NOT Allowed.

Job requests are not permitted in the main feed or DMs. If you post or send a job request, your message will be deleted.

Repeated violations will result in a ban from the community.

If you represent an agency and wish to post a job, you must first obtain permission from an admin.
